Shipping & Delivery Charges. Shipping is charged separately. Charges are dependant on the weight of the order but are kept to a minimum. For UK mainland addresses carriage is paid on orders over £100 net for paper products and on orders over £200 net for giftware.

Delivery. For in-stock items we would expect to deliver to UK mainland addresses within 5 working days of acceptance of your order. For other items and for overseas deliveries we will advise you, at the time of your order, the method and time frame for delivery.

Warranty Policy. Should your order be lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a free of charge replacement or refund of the lost/damaged items. Claims for damages must be made within 7 days of receipt and we will require a photograph or the return of the item by way of proof.

Refunds & Returns. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, you should inform us as soon as possible after delivery. You may return the item to us within 14 days of delivery, undamaged and unused in the original packing together with the original packing note. We will give you a credit note to the value of the items or, exceptionally, we may agree to a refund (excluding any delivery charges). You should ensure that any high value goods that you return to us are returned by a carrier offering appropriate insurance against loss or damage.

Payment. All orders must be pre-paid in full unless special terms have been agreed. Payment may be by credit/debit card, bank transfer or by cheque. Orders paid by cheque will deem to have been received once your cheque has been cleared. If we accept an order on account the full invoice price must be paid within 30 days of delivery. Overdue amounts shall attract interest at the rate of 3% above the national bank rate from the payment due date until payment is received. Any seasonal advanced orders will require a 50% deposit payable immediately with the balance being payable prior to shipment.

Prices. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our order form (available on request) and are exclusive of VAT. Published prices are subject to change without notice but in the event of any price changes we will confirm the cost of your purchase prior to acceptance of your order.
