Use our shopping basket to add or remove items and when you are ready go to checkout. Upon completion you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order and confirmation that payment has been made. After your order has been despatched we will send you another e-mail confirming that your order is on its way.
   
Payment

For security and prompt delivery, payment is by credit/debit card via Paypal. Please note we charge in GBP and any other currencies displayed are there only as a price guide. All our prices include VAT at the current rate.
  
Despatch

Despatch of items will normally be within 48 hrs of order although we do not despatch goods on weekends.

   
Delivery

We can deliver to any UK mainland address and all orders are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which you can expect to receive within 2 days and which has to be signed for on receipt. Postage and packing charges will be added to your shopping cart before you commit to your order. Please note that all orders over £100 for UK mainland addresses will include free delivery.
 
Should we run out of known stock of a particular item we will highlight this on the product page with details of expected availability.  Should any item become out of stock through on line ordering we will contact you by e-mail to advise you of the expected delivery date. If you find the delay to be too long we will be happy, on request, to make a refund.
 
For overseas delivery, please e-mail us for details of postal charges and limitations on guarantees.  
 
Returns

Due to the limitations of the Internet and the configuration of some browsers we understand that the actual print or canvas you receive may appear a little different to the image you have seen on screen.  We do not expect that you will be disappointed but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return any prints or canvasses within twenty eight days of receipt.
 
A refund will be given, less the delivery charges as soon as the items have been returned complete and undamaged. We recommend using special delivery which includes insured cover for loss or damage in transit. Postage costs of returning items to us cannot be refunded.
